Hadafi Da Tsarin Daular Imam Mahadi (a.s)

Bayan tafiyar gajimare mai duhu sai hasken rana ya haskaka domin ya bayyana a idanuwan masu sauraro. Don haka ne bayan yaki da kawar da ma'abota barna da karya da masu ashararanci, sai a samu batun tabbatar hukumar adalcin Allah da kowa da komai zai zauna a matsayinsa, kuma kowane rabo ya zama a mahallinsa. Daga karshe Duniya da 'ya'yanta zasu ga hukumar adalci ta gaba daya, kuma ba zasu sake ganin mafi kankantar zalunci ba. Daula ce ta bayyanar siffofin Allah (s.w.t) da kyawunsa, kuma a nan ne dukkan mutane zasu manta da gurace-guracensu. A wannan fasali zamu yi bayanin abubuwan hudu ne:
1. Hadafin hukumar Duniya ta Jagora Imam Mahadi (a.s)
2. Tsarurrukan hukumar Jagora (a.s) a fagage daban-daban
3. Abubuwan da hukumar Allah zata samar da fadadarta
4. Siffofin wannan hukumar ta Jagora Imam Mahadi (a.s)

Mutum yana da hadafofi guda biyu da yake son cimma a cikin rayuwarsa ta Duniya da suka hada da hadafin zahiri da na badini domin kai wa zuwa ga kamalar da yake bukata, don haka hadafin hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) duk ya shafi duka bangarorin biyu ne, wadanda zamu kawo su a nan gaba.

A hukumar dagutanci zamu ga dan Adam yana mancewa da kyawawan dabi'u gaba daya, maimakon kyawawan halaye kamar; gaskiya da taimakekeniya da sadaukarwa da kirki, sai ya maye gurbinsu da munanan halaye kamar; son zuciya, laifi, rashin mutunci, karya da son kai, daga karshe sai kimar rayuwa da alherinta ya tafi, sai dan Adam ya fada cikin rushewa. Amma hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) zata zo domin raya zukatan mutane da ruhuinsu da ba su sabuwar rayuwa mai kanshi da kyau.
"Ya ku wadanda kuka yi imani ku amsa wa Allah (s.w.t) da Manzo (s.a.w) zuwa ga abin da suke kiran ku na abin da yake raya ku…" .
Mu sani rayuwar badinin mutum ita ce take ba wa mutum bambanci tsakninsa da dabbobi, kuma domin wannan rayuwar ne ake kiran sa "Adam", kuma da ita wannan rayuwar ne yake samun kusanci zuwa ga Allah (s.w.t).
A lokacin Imam Mahadi (a.s) rayuwar badini da kyawawan halaye zata mamaye ko'ina na samuwar dan Adam, kuma za a samu tsarkakar badini, da kaunar juna, da sadaukarwa, da cika alkawari, da gaskiya, da duk wani abu da ake kira kyau, amma mu sani kaiwa zuwa ga wannan hadafi mai girma yana bukatar tsari mai zurfi sosai.

Zalunci shi ne mafi munin abu da ake fama da shi a cikin al'ummmu, kuma al'ummu a karnoni masu yawa sun cigaba da zama cikin rashi da fatara da take hakkinsu, kuma ba a taba raba baiwar da Allah ya yi wa dan Adam ta arziki bisa daidaito ba. Don haka ne sai ka ga sun cika cikinsu dam da abinci a gefe kuma ga wasu suna fama da yunwa, wasu a cikin dogayen binaye da gine-gine alhalin wasu suna kwana a kwararo mai kunci a kusa da wadannan gidaje. Karfin da ake amfani da shi ya sanya mutane sun koma masu rauni kuma sun zama tamkar bayi ne, sannan kuma ga kabilanci na farar fata da bakar fata wanda ya isa a kashe mutum domin laifinsa shi ne shi bakar fata ne.
Wadannan abubuwa da wasunsu da suka cika duniyar dan Adam sun kai shi ga burin da yake dauke da shi tilo shi ne ya kai ga samun adalci da daidaito, don haka sai ya kasance wannan shi ne abin da yake jira a kodayaushe. Amma karshen sauraro zai kai ga samuwar hukumar ni'ima ta Imam Mahadi (a.s) a matsayinsa na babban jagoran adalci domin yada adalci a Duniya a dukkan bangarorin rayuwa, kuma wannan wani abu ne da aka yi bayaninsa a cikin ruwayoyi.
Imam Husain (a.s) yana cewa: Idan da Duniya babu abin da ya rage sai wuni daya, da Allah ya tsawaita wannan har sai wani daga 'ya'yana ya zo kuma ya cika Duniya da adalci kamar yadda aka cikata da zalunci. Kuma haka nan na ji daga Manzon Allah (s.a.w) . Da wasu gomomin ruwayoyi da suka zo game da adalcin Duniya da kuma kawar da zalunci a wannan hukuma ta Imam Mahadi (a.s).
Wani abin kayatarwa kuwa shi ne; adalci da kuma hukunci bisa gaskiya suna daga cikin mafi bayyanar siffofin Imam Mahadi (a.s) da suka zo wasu addu'o'i kamar haka:
"ya Ubangiji kuma ka yi tsira ga masoyin lamarinka mai tsayuwa (da adalci) wanda ake burin (zuwansa) kuma adalci da ake sauraro .
Haka nan ya sanya adalci ma'auninjuyinsa, domin idan babu adalci to rayuwar daidaiku da ta al'umma da kuma Duniya damutanenta zasu kasane kamarmatattu ne da ba su da rai.
Imam Musa Kazim (a.s) yana fada game da tafsirin ayar nan "Ku sani Allah yana raya kasa bayan mutuwarta" . Sai ya ce: Ba ana nufin cewa ana raya kasa da ruwan sama ba, amma abin nufi shi ne; Ubangiji zai tayar da wasu mutane domin su raya adalci don haka sakamakon yaduwar adalci sai ya raya kasa.
Wannan yana nufin cewa adalcin Imam Mahadi zai mamaye dukkan Duniya ba wani bangare nata ba kawai.

Tsarin Hukumar Jagora
Bayan sanin hadafin hukumar Jagoran Duniya (a.s) sai mu yi kokarin sanin tsarin da zai gudanar domin kaiwa ga wannan hadafin. Idan mun duba ruwayoyi masu yawa da suka zo game da tsarin hukumarsa (a.s) zamu ga sun kasu gida uku ne kamar haka: tsarin wayewa da al'adu, tsarin zamantakewar al'umma, da, tsarin tattalin arziki.
Sanannen abu ne cewa sakamakon nisanta da koyarwar Kur'ani da Ahlul Baiti (a.s) duniyar dan Adam ta samu matsaloli da fadawa cikin rushewa a wadannan janibobi na rayuwarta, amma da koma zuwa ga Kur'ani da Ahlul Baiti (a.s) togyara da cigaba da aminci zai mamaye dukkan wadannan janibobi muhimmai a rayuwar dan Adam.
Bayan mun kawo bayanai kan tsarin hukumarsa to zamu yi bincike game da su a ruwayoyi dalla-dalla don haka ne yanu zamu fara binciken mafi muhimmancin tsare tsarensa (a.s).

A Daular Imam Mahadi (a.s) akwai tsari na habakar ilimi da kuma aiki na gari da al'umma zata durfafi yinsa, kuma zasu sanya wando daya da jahilci da rashin ilimi. Mafi muhimmanci a wannan janibi sun hada da:

Bayan tsawon lokaci da aka dauka da wurgar da littafin Allah da sunnar Annabisa, za a samu dawowar littafin Allah da sunnar Annabinsa a aikace da zarar an kafa hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s).
Game da siffanta wannan hukuma ta Kur'ani ta Jagoran Duniya Imam Mahadi ce Imam Ali (a.s) yake cewa: A lokacin da son rai yake shuganbanci sai Imam Mahadi (a.s) ya bayyana ya mayar da aiki da gaskiya mai makon son rai, kuma a wannan zamani da ake gabatar da ra'ayin mutum a kan Kur'ani sai ga shi ya mayar da tunanin mutane kan Kur'ani, kuma ya sanya shi mai hukunci a kan al'umma .
A wata ruwayar yana cewa: Kai ka ce ina ganin mutane yanzu a masallacin Kufa, an sanya hema, kuma ana koyar da mutane Kur'ani kamar yadda ya sauka .

Kur'ani mai girma da koyarwar Ahlul Baiti (a.s) sun karfafi kiyaye kyawawan halaye domin wannan shi ne babban abin da zai haifar da ci gaban dan Adam zuwa ga kaiwa ga hadafin halittarsa. Kuma hadafin ma'aiki mai tsira da aminci shi ne kammala kyawawan halaye , domin haka ne Kur'ani yana sanar da mu cewa shi ne ya fi kowa kyawawan halaye . Don haka hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) hukuma ce ta ubangji da a kan tsarinta kyawan halaye su ne suke gaba a dukkan Duniya.
Imam Muhammad Bakir (a.s) yana cewa: "Idan Imam Mahadi (a.s) ya zo zai sanya hannunsa a kan bayi sai ya tara hankulansu, kuma ya cika kyawawan halayensu .
Wannan al'amarin yana nuna mana cikar kyawwan halaye da zai wakana sakamakon kafa hukumar adalci ta Imam Mahadi (a.s), da kuma kamalar hankalin dan Adam, a lokaci guda kuma ga Kur'ani da sunnar Allah suna jagorantar mutane zuwa ga shiriya da aikata kyawawan halaye.

Kawo juyin ilimi yana daga cikin tsarin hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) wanda shi kansa shi ne malamin wannan zamani gaba daya da yake makomar ilimi. Manzon rahama ya yi nuni da wannan lamarin game da zuwan Imam Mahadi (a.s) yana cewa: "…kuma dukkan Duniya zata amfana daga iliminsa, bayan ta cika da jahilci da rashin ilimi…" .
Sannan kuma wannan lamarin bai bar mata a baya ba kamar yadda zamu iya ganin a cikin ruwayar hadisin Imam Muhammad Bakir (a.s) da yake cewa: A zamanin Imam Mahadi (a.s) za a ba ku ilimi da zai kai ga mace a cikin gidanta tanan yin hukunci daidai da abin da yake a littafin Allah da sunnar Manzonsa . Wannan lamarin yana nuna mana ilimi mai zurfi na wannan zamani domin kuwa mun san hukunci da Kur'ani da ruwayoyi al'amari ne mai wahalar gaske.

Bidi'a tana sabanin sunna ce kuma tana nufin kawo sabon abu da shigar da shi cikin addini, kamar sanya ra'ayin mutum a addini. Imam Ali (a.s) yana fada game da bidi'a: "Bidi'a hanya ce tawanda yake sabawa da umarnin Allah da na Manzonsa, kuma yana aiki bisa ra'ayi da son ransa…" . Don haka bidi'a sabawa ne da littafin Allah da Manzonsa da kuma sanya hukunci na son rai da aiki bisa ra'ayin mutum. Bidi'a wata abu ce da take kashe sunna da kuma tafarkin Allah (s.w.t).
Imam Ali (a.s) yana fada: Ba abin da ya rusa addini kamar bidi'a . Don haka ne ma ya zama wajibi a kawar da bidi'a, kuma a nuna wa mutane hanya tagaskiya.
Manzon rahama (s.a.w) yana cewa: Duk sa'adda bidi'a ta bayyana a tsakanin al'ummata, to yana kan malami ya bayyanar da iliminsa, duk wanda bai yi haka ba, to Allah ya nesantar da shi ! Amma abin takaici duk da wannan fadin na Manzon rahama da haskaka hanyar gaskiya ga al'umma, wace irin bidi'a ce ba a kawo ta cikin addini ba?! kuma wace irin karkacewa ce ba a kawo ta ba?! wane irin bata ne ba a ja mutane a kansa ba?! Kuma duk da irin kokarin da imamai (a.s) suka yi da su da malaman da suka biyo bayansu amma sai ga bidi'a ta cika addini!.
Sai ga shi har yanzu Duniya ba ta gushe ba tana sauraron mai tseratarwa wanda Kur'ani ya yi bayanin zuwansa wanda a karkashin hukumarsa za a tsige bidi'a gaba daya.
Imam Muhammad Bakir (a.s) yana siffanta Imam Muhammad Mahadi (a.s) da cewa:… ba zai bar wata bidi'a ba sai ya kawar da ita, kuma ba zai bar wata sunna ba sai ya tsayar da ita…

Tsarin Tattalin Arziki
Daga cikin alama ta al'umma mai kwanciyar hankali da yalwa shi ne dukiyar kasa ta kasance ba a hannun wasu jama'a kebantattu take ba, kuma al'umma gaba daya ta kasnace tana amfana daga wannan arziki. A cikin Kur'ani da ruwayoyin ma'asumai (a.s) an bayar da muhimmanci mai girma da yawa ga yanayin rayuwar mutane da tattalin arzikinsu. Don haka ne ma ya zo cewa Imam Mahadi (a.s) zai bayar da muhimmanci ga wannan al'amari kuma a bisa wannan asasin ne zai fuskanci haifar da kayan masarufi da kuma amfani da kayan ma'adinai da albarkatun kasa, sannan kuma dukiyar da aka samu zai raba wa al'umma bisa daidaito da zamu yi kokarin duba wasu daga ruwayoyi game da hakan.

Rashin amfana daga albarkatun kasa ta hanyar kwarai yana daga matsalolin da suka mamaye tattalain arziki, ba a amfana daga kasa ko ruwa, kuma ba a amfana ta hanyar raya kasa. Amma a hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) saobda albarkar hukumar adalci da gaskiya wannan hukumar zata kasance ta baiwa da kyauta, sannan kuma kasa zata fitar da komai na arzikinta. Imam Ali (a.s) yana cewa: …da Imam Mahadi (a.s) ya bayyana da Duniya ta saukar da ruwanta, kuma da kasa ta fitar da tsironta… . Kuma Imam Muhammad Bakir (a.s) yana cewa: za a nade masa kasa, kuma taskokinta zasu bayyana gareshi… .

Taskace dukiya da arzikin kasa a hannun wasu jama'a daidaiku –da kowane irin dalili ne kuwa- domin amfanin kashin kansu shi ne daya daga cikin matsalolin al'umma mafi girma, don haka ne ma Imam Mahadi (a.s) zai yi yaki da wannan kuma zai sanya dukiyar kasa a hannun mutane bisa daidaito. Imam Muhammad Bakir (a.s) yana cewa: idan mai tsayar da hukumar Ahlul Baiti (a.s) ya bayyana to zai raba dukiya bisa daidaito, kuma ya yi adalci a cikin al'umma... . A wannan zamanin za a gudanar da asalin asasin daidaito, kuma kowa zai amfana daga hakkokinsa na 'yan'adamtaka kuma da wanda Allah ya huwace masa na arzikin kasa.
Manzon rahama (s.a.w) yana cewa: Ina yi muku bishara da Imam Mahadi da zai zo cikin al'ummata… kuma zai raba dukiya da daidaito. Sai wani mutum ya tambaya me ake nufi da wannan ? Sai ya ce: zai yi rabo tsakanin mutane da gudanar da daidaito . Da wannan ne za a kawar da talauci da fatara daga cikin al'umma kuma a kawar da bambancin dabakoki cikin al'ummu. Imam Muhammad Bakir (a.s) yana cewa: Imam Mahadi (a.s) zai yi hukunci da daidaito tsakanin mutane, har sai an rasa wani mabukaci da zai karbi zakka .

Saudayawa raya kasa yakan kebanta da masu jin dadin kasa da masu mulki da mahukumta a dauloli da hukumomi, amma dabakar talakawa da miskinai su kam sukan zama abin mantawa ne, amma hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) zata game kowane mutum a tsarinta na raya kasa. Game da hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) Imam Muhammad Bakir (a.s) yana cewa: …babu wata kasa da zata rage sai ya raya ta…

Tsarin Zamantakewar Al'umma
Kula da tsarin zamantakewar al'umma yana daga mafi muhimmancin gyara a cikin al'umma, don haka a tsarin hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) an bayar da muhimmanci matuka ga koyarwar Kur'ani da sunnar ma'asumai (a.s) wajen ganin an gudanar da tsarin zamantakewar al'umma maras misali a Duniya. Wadannan tsare-tsare za a yi nuni da su kamar haka:

A hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) za a gudanar da umarni da kyakkyawa da hani ga mummuna, kuma wannan wajibi ne da aka karfafa shi a cikin Kur'ani mai girma a matsayin siffar al'ummar musulmi ce domin ganin an samu kurbutar al'umma daga rushewa . Shi wajibi ne kuma umarin Allah da sauran wajibai ba sa daidaituwa sai da tsayar da shi , kuma an shar'anta shi ne domin kawar da duk wani abu da zai iya halaka al'umma da zai bice da kyawawanta.
Sannan yana daga cikin mafi tsarin horo da kyakkyawa da hani ga mummuna shugaban hukuma da ma'aikatansa su kasance sun siffantu da kyawawa da kuma nisantar munana. Imam Muhammad Bakir (a.s) yana cewa: Mahadi da shabahbbansa suna umarni da kyakkyawa suna kuma hani gamummuna .

Daular Ubangiji ba zata takaita ga magana da harshe ba kawai; kawar da dukkan munkari da miyagun halaye daga cikin al'umma da kuma tsarkake al'umma daga dukkan wani mummuna yana daga cikin aibn da zata aiwatar. A cikin addu'ar nuduba ya zo cewa: Ina mai yanke igiyoyin karya da kage, ina mai tsige dukkan kufai na karkata da bata da son rai !?

Yakar fasadi a al'umma yana da hanyoyi mabambanta, kuma hukumar Imam Mahadi (a.s) ta wani bangare tana koyar da mutane ilimi na akida da imani da koyar da al'adun musulunci domin ganin an gyara fasikai an dora su zuwa ga hanyar shiriya da gyara. Ta wani bangare kuma tana samar da abubuwan bukata na hankali da shari'a domin gudanar da adalcin zamantakewar al'umma kuma tana toshe duk wata kafa ta fasadi da barna. Amma duk da haka akan iya samun wasu masu ketare iyaka da take hakkin mutane da na Ubangiji wanda dole ba zata yarda da hakan ba, don haka irin wadannan dole ne daula ta dauki mataki kwakkwara a kansu, kuma ta gudanar da hukuncin Allah a kansu domin kawar da dukkan wata barna kamar yadda dokokin musulunci suka tanada.
A wata ruwaya daga Manzon rahama (s.a.w) da kuma Imam Muhammad Jawad (a.s) ya zo cewa: Imam Mahadi (a.s) zai tsayar da haddodin Allah .

Gwamnatin Imam Mahadi (a.s) zata zo domin ta gudanar da adalci a dukkan Duniya ta kuma cika ta da shi kamar yadda aka cika ta da zalunci, amma daya daga mafi girman hanyar kawo adalci shi ne hukunci da gaskiya na adalci, kuma wannan shi ne bangaren da mafi yawancin zalunci a Duniya yake wakana daga gareshi, ta haka ake zubar da jini kubutacce, kuma a ba wa maras hakki hakkin mai hakki, sannan kuma a kawo wasu dokoki da suke taskace wasu amfani ga masu karfi da dukiay domin amfaninsu na kashin kansu.
Hukumar Imami Jagora (a.s) zata kawo karshen dukkan irin wadannan zalunci da kawo gaskiya da adalcin Allah a kowane fage, zata samar da kotun adalci da alkalai masu gaskiya masu tsoron Allah, ta yadda babu wani waje a Duniya da wani mutum zai kasance karkashin zalunci.
Imam Ridha (a.s) yana fada game da siffanta Imam Mahadi (a.s): Idan ya bayyana sai Duniya ta haskaka da hasken Ubangijinta, kuma a sanya ma'auni na adalci tsakanin mutane, babu wani da zai zalunci wani .
